Who can take part?
Anyone. Cycle for Heart is designed for all fitness levels. Go at your own pace and choose a goal that suits you.
What distances can I choose from?
Choose from 120km, 360km or 600km across the month, or set your own distance that works for you.
Can I ride on a stationary bike?
Yes. You can complete your kilometres on any type of bike, including a stationary or spin bike at home or in the gym.
Do I have to ride every day?
No. You can spread your kilometres across the month in a way that suits your schedule. Ride a little each day or complete longer rides when it works for you.
How does fundraising work?
When you register, you’ll get your own fundraising page to share with friends, family and workmates so they can support your challenge. There’s no minimum, but if you’re looking for a goal, $300 is a great place to start.
Can I take part as part of a team?
Yes. Join or create a team to stay motivated and ride together.
