Honouring the Second Chance

Late last year I (Brett) was fortunate enough to be given a second chance after suffering a cardiac arrest.

Rather than dwelling on what happened, Sarah and I have decided to honour that second chance by taking on the Heart Foundation's Cycle for Heart challenge.

Throughout August, we'll be riding a combined 580 kilometres, mostly on the exercise bikes at our local Anytime Fitness.

Every kilometre is an investment in our own health and a way of supporting the Heart Foundation's incredible work in helping Australians prevent, treat and recover from heart disease.

We're excited to take on this challenge together, and we're incredibly grateful for any encouragement or support along the way.
