They are on hand to help you reach your goals, so remember that you have their support along with ours throughout the entire journey. I'm here to help with any Heart Foundation-related questions, and the Soulful team are the people for all things fundraising and travel. They will help you put together a plan for fundraising success and organise your travel and tour arrangements. We are both here ensuring that you have everything you need to achieve your goals and make the most of this incredible journey.
