Start by registering your quitting challenge as a Do it for Heart fundraiser and setting up your personal fundraising page. Email your contacts, post on social media, and ask your friends, family and colleagues to donate and spread the word about what you’re doing. Make sure you keep your supporters updated on your progress. Once you achieve your goal, don’t forget to send a thank-you email to everyone who contributed – and be sure to tell them how much you raised!
