Ive chosen to fundraise for the heart foundation as it sits closely to me. My little brother is currently undergoing investigations on his heart due to the shape. My granddad had a tripple bypass which saved his life, and my aunty was born with a hole in her heart. Heart health and awareness is so important to me and i hope to make a difference to those who need it most
