In July 2014 my Dad (aged 51) suddenly passed away from heart disease causing a heart attack. He loved cycling and MTB riding to keep fit and healthy. I want to raise money for heart research and technology development on behalf of my dad so maybe in the future, other families won’t have to go through losing their loved one due to heart disease. I will be challenging myself to run from Oxley Park in Port Macquarie to Scotts Head Surf Life Saving Club on the 5th of October 2024.
