9 years ago I lost my father to a heart attack and just recently my father in law suffered a heart attack. Most of my uncles and even my grandfather have had heart attacks. So want to spread awareness of how we can try and prevent by health style changed and doing cardio can help us just even a bit to lower our chances of a heart attack.
