What a great month of discovery - discovering that 580 km is a long way to cycle when life and work are intervening but more importantly discovering the great generosity of the many people who have supported me and this great cause to raise over $3000 for much needed research and support for those with cardiac disease. This was more than double my original goal. Thank you to all of those who contributed and to all of you who joined the conversation on heart health and organ donation. 

I’ve done more than 16 rides over the month and will finish off tomorrow with a final 40 km hit out and then roll into my final month of training for the transplant games in Launceston. It gone really quickly but great to have the motivation of pushing towards my goal and having your support
