Running for the heart!
I’m Running for the Heart – and I Need Your Support!
On August 3rd, I’m taking on the challenge of running a Half-Marathon to raise awareness and funds for the Heart Foundation – a cause that’s deeply personal to me.
Nearly two years ago, I faced a difficult battle with myo-pericarditis. It was one of the toughest times in my life, both physically and emotionally. Sadly, I’m not alone – thousands of Australians face heart-related illnesses every day.
Heart disease remains Australia’s biggest killer, claiming 48 lives every day.
That’s why I’m lacing up my runners. I’m passionate about saving Australian hearts and creating real change – but I can’t do it without you.
