Walking for Dad 💕
For the entire month of May, I will be walking 10,000 steps and doing 50 push ups to raise money and awareness for heart disease and illness. That’s because this month is dad’s birthday month and he will be 50!
As many of you would know Dad suffered a heart attack one year ago. Fortunately for us, he is still here however, that nearly wasn’t the case and for some people isn’t the case .
Heart disease remains Australia’s biggest killer, claiming 48 lives every day.
