Moving for a cause close to our hearts
This cause is deeply personal to our Inspire community.
Earlier this year, we sadly lost Judi O’Dea, a much-loved 10-year member of our Inspire community, after a heart-related condition.
We’ve also witnessed the incredible impact of heart research and medical advancements through our instructor Emma’s dad, who has undergone four open-heart surgeries in the past 12 months and is still with us today thanks to the progress made in cardiac care.
Heart disease remains Australia’s biggest killer, claiming 48 lives every day. We’re moving to honour those we’ve lost, celebrate those still with us, and support the vital work being done to create a healthier future for all Australians.
Funds raised will help the Heart Foundation continue to:
❤️ Fund life-changing heart research
❤️ Support health professionals working to prevent, diagnose and treat heart disease
❤️ Provide heart health programs and resources that empower everyday Australians to look after their hearts
As a community built around movement, we know the powerful role regular exercise plays in supporting heart health. Every pedal stroke is a reminder that small actions can create a big impact.
