Trek the Flinders Ranges for Australian Hearts

Join the Heart Foundation in South Australia for the journey of a lifetime, trekking the ancient Flinders Ranges to help save Australian hearts.

This is your chance to leave everything behind and immerse yourself in the dramatic beauty of the Flinders Ranges, which is known for its stunning scenery, fascinating geological history, rich cultural diversity and array of native wildlife.

Expert guides will lead us across this ancient landscape, through rugged mountain ranges, towering cliffs, spectacular gorges and stony sheltered creeks. We’ll hike sections of the famous Heysen Trail and visit many renowned landmarks including Wilpena Pound, Mount Remarkable National Park, Brachina Gorge and Alligator Gorge.

Most significantly, this is a chance to travel with purpose, and create real change in the fight against heart disease — and in yourself. Travelling with the Heart Foundation and Soulful Concepts inspires a sense of motivation and encouragement because this trip is helping to prevent heart disease and improve the heart health and quality of life of all Australians. You’ll walk away with treasured moments and the knowledge that you have been a part of something life-changing.

Heart disease remains Australia’s biggest killer, claiming 48 lives every day. Your support will help the Heart Foundation to transform Australia’s heart health by:

  • Funding life-changing heart research

  • Supporting health professionals working to prevent, diagnose and treat heart disease

  • Providing heart-healthy programs and resources for everyday Australians.
